How Nextore Was Born: A Story of Innovation and Dedication

At the heart of every great innovation lies a simple idea born out of necessity. Our story of the Nextore platform begins in just this way.
It's 2020 and we've just finished a major project to develop a comprehensive B2B platform for the oil industry. At the time, we had no idea that this project would take us on a journey that would result in the creation of Nextore.
Upon completion of the project, we were approached by friends from the food distribution sector. Their business was facing numerous problems and challenges. Order collection was relatively complex, and publishing new items to customers was often chaotic and inefficient. The lack of quality field staff further complicated the situation, as they played a key role in communicating with customers.
Problems with the vehicles often led to delivery delays, while fuel and vehicle maintenance costs continued to rise, straining an already tight budget. In addition, staff shortages, holidays and sick days further slowed down operations, creating additional problems in the supply chain. It was difficult for distributors to quickly and efficiently inform their customers - owners of small shops, supermarkets and other retail establishments - about new products, short-term stock sales and special offers.
Every time a new product appeared or a flash sale was organized, our friends needed a lot of time and effort to convey that information to their customers. The lack of effective communication channels meant that information often arrived too late, resulting in lost sales and customer dissatisfaction. All these difficulties clearly indicated the need for a modern, digitized solution that could automate and optimize these processes.
Market Research and Insight Into Problems
When we learned about the difficulties our friends were facing, we decided to conduct market research. We were looking for a solution that would allow distributors to quickly transition to distribution through a mobile app. However, the only thing we found were solutions for web shops, which lacked many important features for B2B business: categorization of customers according to their profiles, classification according to payment options, delivery options and discounts, taxes for different countries, integration with courier services, etc.
Distributors wanted a ready-made solution, with minimal effort for setup and integration into their daily routines. They also wanted multilingual support so they could expand their business beyond the country.
The only thing available to them at that time were platforms like Amazon, where their products would be displayed alongside those of their competitors.
According to one survey, 83% of B2B buyers say they prefer to order or pay through digital commerce, and digital commerce has quickly become the norm and preferred way to make B2B purchases. According to another study, a smaller percentage (24%) of B2B transactions led primarily by sales representatives were successfully closed, compared to 65% of successful transactions where B2B buyers were allowed to go through the entire selection and checkout process on their own.
This information clearly showed us all the problems that our friends, the small distributors, faced every day.
Development of the Nextore Platform
Our team started working immediately. We were aware that we could not simply apply existing solutions - we needed to innovate. We started from the basic problems that our friends faced:
Order collection
Traditionally, orders were collected by delivery personnel or sales representatives. This was expensive and inefficient. We created an app that allows order collection directly from customers via mobile devices, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
Notification of new products and promotions
Using the Nextore Office app, distributors can now easily notify all their customers about new products and promotions through the app, without the need for phone calls or physical visits.
Solving logistical problems
We have integrated a warehouse management system and delivery tracking options, allowing our customers better control over inventory and faster product delivery.
Multilingual support
We have enabled support for multiple languages, which has enabled distributors to expand their business beyond the country's borders, facilitating communication with customers in their own language.

Although we started developing a platform for the food industry, we soon realized that our solutions could be useful in other industries as well.
